Healthy Food is a joint-owner partnership business. Four partners are directly involved in the business. According to the contract, every owner’s initial investment is 50 lakh bdt. According to this contract, every owner holds 25 percent ownership. But everyone only gets a 24 percent profit share per month. The rest of the 4 percent is for the restaurant employees to inspire them.

Where we are establishing our restaurant?
We want to occupy our target customers who are mainly health conscious and suffer from a disease. So we can establish our restaurant in a location where we occupy maximum hospital and clinic and gym because we want to provide food to the patients and health conscious people.
Location research and selection:
1. Dhanmondi: This area has several private hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers, including some well-known ones like LabAid and Ibn Sina.
2. Mohakhali: This area is home to several government and private hospitals, such as the Institute of Child and Mother Health and United Hospital.
3. Banani: A mix of private clinics and hospitals can be found here, including large multispecialty hospitals like Evercare Hospital Dhaka.
4. Gulshan: This is a more upscale area with hospitals like United Hospital and multiple clinics offering various healthcare services.
5. Shyamoli and Mirpur: These areas have a mix of government and private hospitals, such as Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital and Mirpur Adhunik Hospital.
