An online based products selling business. Our mission is to deliver ready to cook fish & meat to the doorsteps of consumers so that people of any income or class can fulfill their needs as per their demands. It is 100% halal. We deliver the products all over Bangladesh.

  • Minced fish- minimum order 2 pieces. Minced meat- minimum order 500gm.

We are starting our business with other 2 partners who are providing 2 lacks taka amounts individually. Rest of the amount will be indebt from bank. The requirements will include an amount needed for setting up an office, buying machinery and other office equipment, recruitment of employees and their training, and to be used in initial marketing campaigns. The funding is utilized as follows:

Warehouse improvements and office setup: 100000 taka.

Equipment and supplies: 100000 taka. (cutting machine, ice, preservatives, flavors)

Initial staffing of 3 full-time employees: 300000 taka.

Branding and Designing: 35000 taka.

Website Development: 65000 taka.

Marketing and advertising: 40000 taka.

Packaging and Processing: 60000 taka.

Working capital: 500000 taka.

Repayments of loans and Due:

We arranged a Bank loan from a very well known government bank which they are proving to the interested businessmen. We took as loan about 800000 taka at the interest rate of 8%. Do not have any deadline to repay the loan just we have to bear the interest until we repay the full amount. So as per year we have to pay 64000 taka to the bank. We are intending to repay the full amount as soon as possible so that we can use the extra money for our business development in near future.

According to the one year sales and profit forecast;

sales volume: 1000 orders.
average order value: 1500 taka.
Total revenue: 1500000 taka.

total operating cost with bank loan:1264000 taka.
profit margin: 236000 taka.

As far our business is very new and we are running it for one year only so this is our net profit value. We are hoping to increase the sales growth about 10% by the next year.
