Introduction:

Technically, organic vegetable farming is a method of raising vegetables scientifically. 3. Biological Pest Control: Biological control means to introduce an enemy that feeds on pests or destroys pests; it uses insects or other organisms to control pests.
4. Companion Planting: Interplant those crops that help each other for one or the other reason such as pest control, pollination or nutrient requirements.
5. Soil Conservation: Soil erosion is controlled through mulching, reduced tillage as well as using cover crops.
6. Non-GMO Seeds: Employment of seeds that have not undergone Through genetic modification.

• Arugula

1. Farmers’ Markets: Farm food selling helps the farmers to make direct sales to the consumers who will prefer food that has been grown organically.
2. Health Food Stores: These are special classes of stores that normally draw personnel who are aware of their health status and as such, they normally contain original vegetables.
3. Grocery Stores: Many of the super markets today have section for the organic foods in order to be able to satisfy the hunger that is being experienced by the customers.
4. Online Platforms: Those customers who are in search of local or national source from where they can purchase organic vegetables find websites and apps dealing in organic food, very convenient.
